This three-part soundbath series supports relaxation and nervous system regulation through sound, guided breathing, and meditation.
Water features fluid, low-frequency sounds such as an ocean drum, rainstick, thunder tube, Koshi chimes, and crystal bowls to support settling.
Air uses lighter, higher-frequency sounds including chimes, bells, shakers, and high crystal bowls, with intentional pauses to support mental quiet.
Earth emphasizes grounding, low-frequency sounds such as Tibetan bowls, frame drum, gong, bass crystal bowls, and low toning to support full-body rest.
All levels welcome. No movement required.

Summer in Ayurveda is governed by Pitta, the element of heat, intensity, and transformation. While this energy supports vitality and focus, too much can leave us feeling overheated, irritable, or depleted.
In this summer workshop, we’ll explore simple Ayurvedic tools to help you stay balanced during the warmest time of year. You’ll learn how seasonal foods, daily rituals, breathwork, and mindful movement can cool the body, calm the mind, and support healthy digestion.
We’ll also discuss lifestyle shifts that align with the season—favoring lighter meals, cooling herbs and spices, gentle movement, and moments of rest that help regulate the nervous system and bring ease to the body.
Ayurveda reminds us that when we live in rhythm with nature, balance becomes much easier to maintain. This workshop offers practical wisdom you can integrate into your daily life all summer long.
